To ensure you receive your order safely, select any of the Signed for services.
Please bear in mind if you do prefer the standard 1st class service without signature, we cannot offer compensation for lost or undelivered orders.
If you’re not going to be there to receive your delivery, you can specify an alternate address, such as your work address.

All orders received before 12am are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders received after this time may also be dispatched on the same day but this cannot be guaranteed. We do our best to fulfil your order within 1-2 days, but may occasionally take a little longer in which case we will keep you up to date on your order status via email.
If we are out of stock, we will let you know by email, and you can decide to wait or have a refund.

Where is my order? How do I track my package?
When you place your order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
As soon as your package is shipped, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.
If you have opted for the one of the signed for services we will also email you with a tracking number, which you can then use to track your package via the Royal Mail track and trace online service.
If your signed for order doesn’t turn up within the time specified, please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
Please bear in mind, in the rare event of Royal Mail losing/ not delivering a parcel you ordered by standard 1st class service without signature, we cannot offer compensation.
Please fill in your address correctly. If your item is not delivered to you as a result of you failing to do so, we cannot be financially responsible for the loss.
We always use the “confirmed” PAYPAL address because it covers both parties in case of loss or damage.
Can I change the delivery address after my order is placed?
Once your order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
If your order comes to £150.00 or over you will not pay any postage.*
This is great if you and some friends order together, you could make big savings!

Alternatively you can place an order and choose any shipping, we will then pack your order and send you a paypal money request for the outstanding difference in postage cost.
Shipping outside the EU
Because we want to give you the best postage price on your order, we have excluded postage at these rates so we can manually calculate and arrange them.
When we receive your order, we’ll look for the most economic shipping option, calculate the shipping cost and then email you to ask for the further shipping payment before we send your goods.
We have found UPS is very economical when shipping larger orders outside the UK, please get in touch to find out more.
Highlands and Islands
Our UK delivery prices are for the UK mainland only.
If you live in the UK but in the Highlands or islands, you may be subjected to additional postage costs.
We always do our best to keep postage costs down, but sometimes we are charged a lot to deliver to you.
We will try to give you the best postage price on your order, so when we receive your order, we’ll look for the most economic shipping option, calculate the shipping cost and then email you to ask for the further shipping payment before we send your goods.
Do you ship or deliver on weekends and holidays?
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Royal Mail delivers during business hours only, Monday through Friday, Saturday with additional charge, see shipping options.
If you require a delivery in time for a public holiday such as Christmas please ensure you leave plenty of time for your order to arrive.
